So I am going to be doing a series of celebrity inspired hair tutorials. The first one I decided to do was the Demi Lovato's look at the Noon by Noor event. She has loose waves, feathers, and a black hat. Follow this tutorial to achieve Demi's look. In the video I added the Striped Tribal and the Beaded Hair Clip to achieve the final look. Enjoy!
