This is my first "Splurge or Save" video and for the first products I wanted to review and demonstrate for you guys are the Kat Von D Lock it Tattoo Concealer and the Hard Candy Glamoflague Concealer. I decided to do these two concealers because they both advertise that they can cover tattoos.
